Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for the following considerations when booking an appointment.
I understand that sometimes, schedules change, emergencies happen, and life comes up. Therefore, I kindly ask that you please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations made on the same day of appointment and NO SHOWS will incur 100% of the service amount booked.
Please be aware that for late arrivals, treatment for the remaining time of your service scheduled will be provided, and you will be responsible for full payment of service scheduled.
Any individual displaying rude or inappropriate behavior during service will have service discontinued, will be asked to leave, and will be charged service in full.
We do require a credit card to book any appointments and to hold your appointment time. Your credit card will not be charged, and you may pay in another method at the time of checkout. Payments accepted are Discover, Amex, MasterCard, Visa, G-Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash. (There is a 3.5% card processing fee for card transactions) Charges on your credit card will only occur based on the cancellation policy. When you schedule an appointment, you are agreeing to the policies above.
